Lofaso has teamed up with Penguin to publish The Busy mom's Cookbook - 100 Recipes For Quick Delicious Home Cooked Meals in the year 2012. This cookbook also tells about her struggles as a mother of Xea and studying at The French Culinary Institute. Lofaso claims that her enthusiasm for cooking is the driving factor behind her success.
