Abigail Spencer
Abigail Leigh Spencer works as an actress on both movies and on television. The actress gained attention for her roles in the sci-fi series Timeless and the drama Rectify. Born in Gulf Breeze, Florida, she began her acting career by playing a character in the soap-opera 'All My Child'. She won an "Soap Opera Digest Award" for Outstanding Female newcomer. Through the following years she mostly played the roles of guest actors. In the show Hawthorne, she was praised for her portrayal of the role of Dr. Erin Jameson. Because of her stunning appearance and her acting skills it was not long before she had her own fan base. In the film "Campfire Stones' she played in a role at the age of 20. Her other roles in include Jekyll 'This Means War' and "Chasing Mavericks'. The role she played in the film 'Beautiful Now" was rewarded with a nomination for a Madrid International Film Festival Award. The role she played was Lucy Preston, a history professor in the sci-fi show "Timeless". Spencer was praised from critics, and her part on the show has earned Spencer her nomination for the 'Teen Choice Award'.
